The Role

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects

Maintain a positive and well‑managed classroom environment

Keep students engaged, focused and on task

Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations

What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant UK secondary school experience is essential Strong behaviour management and classroom presence Confidence supervising whole classes independently Flexibility and reliability Access to a car is advantageous, given the location and travel between schools.
