What the role involves

  • Support people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.
  • Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.

Skills and requirements

  • Willing to undertake relevant training e.g. induction training, or NVQ.
  • Basic numeracy required by the duties of the post (as endorsed by appropriate qualification or use of numeracy skills in a work or home environment).
  • Willing to maintain registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.

Confirmed role details

  • £13.10 per hour (no NVQ), £13.16 per hour with NVQ/QCF level 2 in Health & Social Care, £13.20 per hour with NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • 14 hours per week (shifts: 6pm – 10pm).
