- Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage and influence the entire agency ecosystem (Creative, Media, and Platform Partners) to ensure a holistic approach to brand success on Tik.
- GTM Strategy & Revenue Scaling: Lead the GTM strategy for Tik.
- Account Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, aligning agency capabilities with Tik.
- Business Acumen: Utilize data and industry insights to build compelling business cases that justify increased investment and creative experimentation on the platform.
Skills and requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or creative strategy.
- Proven track record of managing complex professional relationships with large-scale advertising agencies.
- Deep understanding of the UK advertising landscape and the interplay between creative and media buying.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical product features into business value.
