What helps someone build confidence

We work closely with exciting, vibrant primary schools in BS15 who are looking for enthusiastic classroom support staff to help children feel confident, included, and ready to lear. Confident supporting children across early literacy, numeracy, SEMH, ADHD, or other learning challenges. Your main role will be supporting learning in lessons, helping children settle into school life, and contributing to a positive, structured classroom environment, beginning after E.

What is expected

• Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1, helping with lessons, activities, and classroom routines.
• Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax letter.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

• Support securing permanent KS1 support roles or gaining experience across a variety of primary schools.
• Opportunities in local mainstream and specialist primary settings.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
