What the role involves

  • Maintain a high volume sales ledger across multiple locations.
  • Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and written correspondence.
  • Drive cash collection performance in line with company targets.
  • Maintain up to date account records.
  • Resolve account and invoice queries efficiently.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal departments.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience within a Credit Control, Collections, Debt Collections or Accounts role preferred.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Confirmed role details

  • £26,000 - £34,000 per year.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
