What the role involves
- Maintain a high volume sales ledger across multiple locations.
- Proactively chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and written correspondence.
- Drive cash collection performance in line with company targets.
- Maintain up to date account records.
- Resolve account and invoice queries efficiently.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal departments.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience within a Credit Control, Collections, Debt Collections or Accounts role preferred.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Confirmed role details
- £26,000 - £34,000 per year.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm.
