• Qualified lawyer with ideally 4+ PQE (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
• Strong Credit Funds experience with solid Luxembourg‑domiciled fund structures gained at a top-tier international, US or elite City firm in London.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
