Credit Risk Analyst
Credit Risk Analyst focuses on supporting pricing analysis by monitoring the performance of lending offers across different customer segments.
What the role involves
- Supporting pricing analysis by monitoring the performance of lending offers across different customer segments.
- Supporting updates to credit policies, procedures, and risk appetite frameworks within the lending team.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in UK consumer credit risk, with a good understanding of unsecured lending and core credit risk principles.
- Awareness of transaction data, including Open Banking, and its use in supporting affordability and vulnerability assessments.
- A data-driven approach, with experience using SQL or similar tools to analyse data.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with credit risk colleagues and a range of stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.
