- Care plans to patients and the families supporting them.
- Commonly provide interventions and treatment for people presenting with co-morbid mental and physical health care needs, as well as complex biopsychosocial presentations.
- Our Home Treatment and Crisis service provision is a pivotal part of the acute care pathway for people with acute mental health difficulties.
- Your enthusiasm to provide the best quality of care could be just what we need to expand our team.
- Delivering the best care using the most up-to-date practise in supporting those with mental health illnesses.
- The post holder should be confident in assessing and managing mental health and social needs and be able to deliver a range of therapeutic techniques.
Skills and requirements
- Are you a newly qualified or experienced Band 5 RMN, looking for an exciting career within Crisis and Home Treatment team?
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (with NMC registration) and post qualification experience.
- Able to work autonomously and to deputise for senior staff in a variety of roles when required to do so.
- Support service users in challenging/crisis situations.
