We provide 24/7 wraparound support for children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of uncertainty and transition. Build trusting relationships and create positive daily routines.

Requirements
- A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care) is desirable but not essential — we’ll support the right people to grow.
Job details
- In-person training in safeguarding, trauma-informed care, positive behaviour support, and more.
- Excellent .50ph - £24.00ph PAYE Rate (including holiday .00ph - £28.00ph Umbrella Rate.
- Safeguarding and promoting their welfare is a priority, and all applicants must share this commitment.
- This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working with vulnerable young people.
