Today BSI partners with more than 77,500 clients in 195 countries and engages with a 15,000 strong global community of experts, industry and consumer groups, organizations and gove. Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment of CRM enhancements.
Where someone would start
Leading CRM reporting and dashboard strategy, enabling real-time visibility of pipeline health, forecasting, and sales performance. Partner with Sales Leadership to embed CRM into pipeline reviews and performance management. Own and prioritise the CRM backlog, ensuring enhancements deliver maximum business value.

What is expected
- 5–10 years’ experience in CRM, sales operations, business systems, or transformation roles.
- Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Experience.
- Strong experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or similar).
