What the role involves

  • Build practical insight tools and help teams across YBS make clearer, better-informed decisions.
  • Help build stronger data confidence across the Customer Division by improving reporting processes, data quality and self-service analytics tools.
  • Create and improve customer insight, reporting and dashboards that help teams understand performance, trends, risks and opportunities.

Confirmed role details

  • Holiday. You’ll get 25 days plus Bank Holidays, as well as the option to buy up to a further 5 days.
