This Customer Liaison Officer role is focused on delivering effective walk off post completion activities that are coordinated by the Customer Manager. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Support operational ownership in resolving customer enquiries and complaints within D+1 working days. 80% Walk Off completion (successful visits & score captured).

What you would be doing

Delivering effective walk off post completion activities that are coordinated by the Customer Manager. Effective CARE completion on all projects. D+1 % contact close out support.

What you need

  • Leadership – Act as an Ambassador promoting the Customer minimum standards.
  • Health, Safety & Environment – Report.
  • Customer focused - Relevant contract/customer service experience.
