What the role involves

  • Develop an engaging relationship with clients to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Develop tools and strategies for the clients to ensure they can recognise the value they are getting.
  • Ensure Supplier escalations are managed appropriately.
  • Manage the budget for your client’s buyer accounts.
  • Maintaining action plans for your Buyers.
  • Delivering performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are withheld.

Skills and requirements

  • An individual with a proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and experience delivering presentations to clients.
  • The ideal candidate experience in a B2B Customer Success/ Account Management environment.
