- Develop an engaging relationship with clients to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Develop tools and strategies for the clients to ensure they can recognise the value they are getting.
- Ensure Supplier escalations are managed appropriately.
- Manage the budget for your client’s buyer accounts.
- Maintaining action plans for your Buyers.
- Delivering performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are withheld.
Skills and requirements
- An individual with a proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and experience delivering presentations to clients.
- The ideal candidate experience in a B2B Customer Success/ Account Management environment.
