Customer Service Administrator focuses on handle calls from our service users, family members and healthcare professionals to answer their queries.
What the role involves
- Handle calls from our service users, family members and healthcare professionals to answer their queries.
- Day to day you will carry out administration duties to enable both Minor & Major adaptations being completed under Dorset Council grants.
Skills and requirements
- Monitoring shared inbox to answer queries and complete tasks required.
- Creating relevant documents required by our Major Adaptation Team.
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment.
- Experience with company invoices & processing.
Confirmed role details
- An annual salary of £15,862.08.
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) plus optional 5 days unpaid (pro rata).

Additional role context
- General administration that supports daily activities and duties.
- 8.30am - 5pm: Wednesday - Friday OR 12pm – 5pm: Monday - Friday.
