What the role involves
- Delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient reception and administration service, always ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Managing patient appointments, including booking, amending, and cancelling appointments across multiple departments, while maintaining accurate patient records.
- Respond to patient, consultant and stakeholder enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing timely and accurate information.
- Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical teams, including managing clinic diaries, processing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records in line with G.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sevenoaks Medical Centre and, when required, the Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic.
- Handle routine administrative tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Are you organised, proactive and committed to providing an outstanding patient experience?
- 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Confirmed role details
- Hours per week, Permanent Contract.
- Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 8:00pm on a rota basis.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
