What the role involves

  • Completion of general administration to support the Supervisor and the wider team, ensuring % compliance on all documentation.
  • Supporting to internal colleagues and customers.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where needed and communicating these changes with the team and customers that are affected by them.
  • Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
