Providing clear advice, support and signposting to the right teams or services where needed.

What helps in this setting

careful practical judgement. Assisting with customer satisfaction calls and helping to improve service delivery. Supporting general office and administrative tasks including mail handling, data entry, filing and system updates.

What needs to be in place

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or office-based role.
  • This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week over 4 days, based in Abergele.
  • Strong organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
