Skills and requirements

• The purpose of the Customer Services Team is to co-ordinate the planning, monitoring and delivery of the ‘customer experience’.
• Need 5 GCSE’s at grades A* to C or equivalent qualification, or proven track record of previous work experience in a relevant role or relevant life experience.
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service and using Microsoft Office applications are essential.
