Are you looking for a busy, patient-focused telephone role where you can make a real difference?
Were working with a healthcare provider experiencing a significant influx of work and looking for committed Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of April. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be stepping in to support patient bookings, pre-assessments, and general enquiries during a particularly busy period.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
This role exists due to a large increase in workload, system changes, and ongoing permanent recruitment - meaning you'll be helping the team stay on track through a very busy period
