Customer Service Advisor
Job description
As a Customer Service Advisor, the work centres on advising customers and support teams on known problems/workarounds. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience. Assign calls to the relevant support teams when needed.

Advise customers and support teams on known problems/workarounds. Resolving issues or provide advice and guidance where possible over the phone. A genuine passion for delivering great customer service.

Practical details
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pm.
- £13.45 per hour (Living Wage Employer).
