Customer Service Advisor focuses on act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone and whatsapp.
What the role involves
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp.
- Monitor two shared customer service inboxes, ensuring timely responses in line with service expectations.
- Answer incoming phone calls, handling customer enquiries and escalating issues where required.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to all customer communications.
- Supporting order processing and internal coordination to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintaining accurate records and logs to support operational and quality control processes.
Skills and requirements
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 18:00pm & Fridays 8:00am - 16:00pm.
- 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays).
- Full on-the-job training, with continuous development throughout your career.
