Customer Service Ambassador focuses on · direct foot and car passengers and present them to the border force control points.
What the role involves
- · Direct foot and car passengers and present them to the Border Force control points.
- · Be prepared to train as a Fire Marshal for the Passenger and Car Hall areas.
- · Previous Customer Service experience an advantage.
- · Knowledge of a second European language an advantage.
- · Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Skills and requirements
- Assist with the movement of passengers and visitors within the port areas.
- · Check passenger tickets and visitor passes for entry into Restricted Areas.
- · Assist passengers with wheelchairs or heavy luggage as required.
- · Assist customers with providing information and guidance on the use of the park and pay car park.

- This role is working hours per week, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 06:00 and 23:00.
