Customer Service Ambassador focuses on · direct foot and car passengers and present them to the border force control points.

What the role involves

  • · Direct foot and car passengers and present them to the Border Force control points.
  • · Be prepared to train as a Fire Marshal for the Passenger and Car Hall areas.
  • · Previous Customer Service experience an advantage.
  • · Knowledge of a second European language an advantage.
  • · Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Skills and requirements

  • Assist with the movement of passengers and visitors within the port areas.
  • · Check passenger tickets and visitor passes for entry into Restricted Areas.
  • · Assist passengers with wheelchairs or heavy luggage as required.
  • · Assist customers with providing information and guidance on the use of the park and pay car park.
