Customer Service Apprentice
The Job position with Level 2 centres on if you are 19 or over, this will be optional, but we will support you to complete it when offered. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, patience, accurate records, and reliable follow-through to the role.

Customer service skills
- Working alongside your workplace mentor on tasks specific to your apprenticeship, you will develop the skills & knowledge relevant to the apprenticeship standard Customer Service.
- Not currently on any other training or education programme (e.g. another apprenticeship or a degree).
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.
