Working hours:
Wednesday and Thursday - 14:00pm-22:00pm. Salary:
£9,913.80 per annum.Key Duties of a Customer Service Assistant:
To participate fully in all relevant training activities and to assist in the training and support of other staffAttend an annual appraisal and quarterly reviewsAttend site/communications meetings as and when requiredComplete all reasonable additional duties as requested by Supervisor/ManagementHealth and Safety/Food Safety:
Be fully aware of all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations displayed at the site and fully trained in all associated matters e.g. Accident and Emergency proceduresTo ensure matters regarding health and safety to self and other individuals are fully understood and taken seriouslyBe aware of and report potential health and safety hazardsSales:
Ensure the shop is always fully stocked and merchandised to Company guidelinesBe fully aware of all Company promotions prior to promotion commencingActively take part in the suggestive selling of Company goods/promotions to the benefit of the CompanyEnsure the correct handling/proportioning of Company stock/property to avoid excessive wastageCustomer Service:
Ensure that customers are treated in a friendly and polite manner at all timesEnsure every customer is acknowledged/greeted in a polite and friendly mannerEnsure that service given to customer is efficient and accurate at all timesAssist customers with their enquiries to the satisfaction of the CompanyCheck for customer satisfaction with regard to meals, Truckwash, motel etc.Be fully trained to deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints, ensuring that all such matters are resolved to the satisfaction of the customerEnsure that serious/unresolved customer complaints are promptly reported to line managementEnsure that complete Company uniform is worn at all times whilst on duty and that the Company dress code is fully adhered toSecurity
Allow only authorised staff/visitors into the console area of the shop and restaurantOperate the till in accordance with company policy and proceduresEnsure all other Company security procedures are adhered to at all times, and the managementQualifications
Previous experience within a Customer Service role.Great communication skills.Basic food hygieneBasic Health and safetyAbility to work in a fast paced environment.Additional Information
