- Managing customer orders, prescriptions, and complaints.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Skills and requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
Confirmed role details
- £25,121 per year.
- Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm.
- Pension enhancement after 12 months.
