Summary and purpose of the Job:

The role of Customer Service Specialist is to assist the Offboarding Delivery team with their day-to-day administration across Offboarding services with the suppliers

This will be a varied role as you will be providing administrative support across two areas of Operations.

Responsibilities:

The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:

· Monitoring the supplier portal to make sure the services has been cancelled

· Performing daily process to review usage and update services accordingly

· Data input, utilising good knowledge of Microsoft apps (Excel, Word etc)

· Order management to make sure your WIP is up to date daily

· Placing/amending orders on supplier portals

· Internal sales support, availability requests etc

· Processing cancellations with suppliers for PSTN line. Broadband and Ethernet

· Service re-in statements on the supplier portal

· Liaising with billing department to make sure services have stopped

· Liaising with Internal departments if needed

· Removing radius details from different portals

 


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call centre.
  • Positive Attitude: A strong customer focus and a “can-do” approach.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and working styles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of web browsers and databases.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of juggling multiple tasks efficiently while being a resource for your team.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A desire for personal growth and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Reliability: A dependable and approachable team member.
  • Desire for Impact: Previous experience in telecommunications or ISP support is a plus.
