What the role involves
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Resolving issues by liaising with internal and external teams.
- Managing transport jobs efficiently.
- Chase Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to ensure timely records.
- Administer the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Generate customer reports using Excel and Power BI.
Skills and requirements
- Customer service, call centre, administration, CRM, or complaint-handling experience may be useful.

- Full-time, Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00.
