Customer Services Courier Driver

As a Customer Services Courier Driver, the work centres on carrying out daily and weekly vehicle checks for all fleet vehicles ensuring any defects found are reported promptly to the Logistics Co-ordinator. Role overview

WE CANNOT CONSIDER APPLICANTS THAT HAVE NOT LIVED IN THE UK FOR THE PREVIOUS 5 YEARS AND YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED. Holidays – 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays.

Main responsibilities

Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks for all fleet vehicles ensuring any defects found are reported promptly to the Logistics Co-ordinator. Driving the company vehicle responsibly and safely; obeying at all times the traffic laws and highway code. Assisting the CSD department with various administrative support tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Well-developed interpersonal skills is essential. Flexibility relating to hours and locations is essential.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in related working environment is essential.
• Successful security clearance will be required prior to employment commencing.
• Ability to manage shift-by-shift driving or delivery responsibilities reliably.
