Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Manager focuses on ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts & liaising internally for pending actions.
What the role involves
- Ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts & liaising internally for pending actions.
- Managing the relationship and expectations of the client by taking into account their priorities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
- Plan effectively for monthly project and revenue targets in coordination with other team members.
- Reporting project statuses to Head of Marketing.
- Develop action plans to work on weakness areas using data.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills and requirements
- University degree in marketing, business or other related discipline.
- Fluent in English and one additional language: Spanish, French, German, Dutch.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
- Experience working in the field of television or managing content from television channels.
