Customer Success Manager focuses on ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts & liaising internally for pending actions.

What the role involves

  • Ensure full customer satisfaction through daily interactions with assigned accounts & liaising internally for pending actions.
  • Managing the relationship and expectations of the client by taking into account their priorities and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
  • Plan effectively for monthly project and revenue targets in coordination with other team members.
  • Reporting project statuses to Head of Marketing.
  • Develop action plans to work on weakness areas using data.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Skills and requirements

  • University degree in marketing, business or other related discipline.
  • Fluent in English and one additional language: Spanish, French, German, Dutch.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Experience working in the field of television or managing content from television channels.
