Cyber Risk Services Manager

How the role works day to day

Working closely with our underwriting teams, you'll deliver clear, credible risk opinions that directly inform decisions and strengthen client relationships. Analysing and evaluate existing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to support recommendations while also ensuring policies/procedures align with industry standards. Deliver actionable recommendations to policyholders on how to mitigate highly complex cyber risks, including overseeing the implementation of risk remediation efforts based on post.

Practical details

• Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy.
• This entails Full Time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees).
• Work model: Hybrid.

What needs to be in place

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Five years’ experience in IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or other applicable information security disciplines.
• Certification in or advanced knowledge of industry standards/regulations (NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) and identification and analysis of existing and emerging cyber threats.
• Experience managing and or developing cyber, IT, ICS or Information Security controls.
