• Conducting detailed inspections and diagnostics of damp and mould cases.
• Preparing technical reports and specifications for remedial works.
• Managing contractors and monitoring the quality and timeliness of repairs.

Skills and requirements

• HNC/HND or degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Membership of RICS, CIOB or similar body is desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues in residential settings. Strong understanding of building pathology and housing legislation.
• Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple cases.
• Deliver high-quality oues under pressure.
