Skills and requirements
- HNC/HND or degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Membership of RICS, CIOB or similar body is desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues in residential settings. Strong understanding of building pathology and housing legislation.
- Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple cases.
- Deliver high-quality oues under pressure.
