Dams/Reservoirs - Senior Associate Director (Uk wide) focuses on supporting staff at a project level to deliver high quality, technically robust deliverables in dam engineering.

What the role involves

• Supporting staff at a project level to deliver high quality, technically robust deliverables in dam engineering.
• Deliver technical reviews.
• Develop and mentor colleagues and peers, providing technical guidance.
• Support to reservoir engineers working towards appointment to the SE or ARPE panels.
• Provide subject matter expertise and input to sales and operational teams, to support business development opportunities (including supporting bids).
• With safety and flexibility always top of mind, we’ve gone beyond traditional ways of working so you have the support, means and space to maximize your potential.

Skills and requirements

• Appointed to the All Reservoirs Panel of Engineers, or have the experience and qualifications to apply for the All Reservoirs Panel in the future.
• Knowledge of embankment dam behaviour, monitoring and surveillance.
• Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better.
