• Managing 24/7 site engineering operations, including shift planning, maintenance schedules, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Overseeing critical infrastructure systems including electrical components (feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units) and mechanical systems (c.
• Driving Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) improvements, optimising cooling, power, and infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
• Managing and optimise space and power to maximise opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
• Deliver site infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Budget & cost management — develop.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
