What the role involves
- Develop a team of skilled engineers across all critical and non-critical systems.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to maintain 100% uptime across all systems and plant.
- Managing HV systems, including switching schedules, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, permits to work, and compliance documentation.
- Delivering training and mentoring, ensuring all engineers meet and exceed technical standards.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Electrician (Apprenticeship, HND, or City & Guilds).
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations – essential.
- Proven experience in High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Hands-on experience in critical environments (data centres, hospitals, pharma, or similar).
