Data Centre Technician
Job description
The Data Centre Technician position centres on troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems through to Power/Mechanical. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

You understand all aspects of the equipment you support.24/7 shift coverage is required and may include 12 hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks, and may change b.
What you would be doing
Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems through to Power/Mechanical. Meet 24x7 On-Call requirements and response during shift rotations. Escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all Systems and problems.
What you need
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
