Coordinating and support Establishment Managers within Scotland & Northern Ireland (S&NI) to achieve contractual KPIs. Monitoring operational performance each month with Site Teams, APs, Helpdesk, and Supply Chain to drive improvements in statutory, mandatory, and preventative maintenance compliance. Supporting operational, built estate, and asset compliance through accurate guidance and data provision.

What needs to be in place

• Experience using Excel/Power BI to produce operational reports, improve data quality, and support system development.
• Applicants must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of five years to meet the necessary security vetting requirements.
• This position is fully site‑based, and the successful candidate will be required to work on‑site in Rosyth during standard working hours.
