Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (preferably mathematics, statistics, data science, actuarial science, physics, economics, or a related field).
• Actuarial or CII qualification would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years in pricing, data analytics, or actuarial roles, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong management and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team of pricing professionals.
