Job Type: 6 Months FTC/ Hybrid

Job Description:

This will include overseeing aspects of legacy PAS testing (done by another vendor on legacy PAS extract ) which will be loaded into DXC C&S (Target PAS system) and working with the RSA internal test team to get C&S functionally tested with migrated data. Data migration testing experience is a must. This is likely to be at least a six-month engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of data migration testing activities.
• Collaborate with Data Migration, QA, Business, and Development teams to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement robust test plans and test cases for data validation, transformation logic, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Assess data readiness and test coverage.
• Define and enforce data quality metrics and KPIs for migration validation
