Data Privacy and Commercial Counsel

This Data Privacy and Commercial Counsel role is focused on draft and review the company’s commercial contracts and provide general transactional support across the organization with a heavy emphasis on sales. Sense has a great opportunity for a Data Privacy and Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team. Legal is a critical function in supporting the company’s fast-paced environment and acts as a true business partner to all of our leaders across the organization.

What the role carries

Draft and review the company’s commercial contracts and provide general transactional support across the organization with a heavy emphasis on sales. Supporting the AlphaSense legal team on corporate and general legal matters as needed. Draft and review data privacy agreements, addenda, and amendments.

What the role depends on

• Experience with contract management systems, information security, intellectual property, and/or financial services is a plus.
• Fully qualified lawyer and admitted to practice law in the U.K.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both internal and external professionals of all types and backgrounds; and.
