Data Protection Coordinator
The Data Protection Coordinator position centres on maintaining a query and policy toolkit for internal publication. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.
How the role is set up
We are currently recruiting a Data Protection Coordinator to join us until 31st March 2027. We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district.
Administrative work involved
Maintaining a query and policy toolkit for internal publication. Supporting the coordination of the Data Protection Working Group, take minutes, track actions. Delivering training on Data Protection to employees.
Administrative skills and experience
- Knowledge of the data protection impact assessment process identifying risks and suggesting mitigation.
- Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office which includes every Tuesday.
- A basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for the successful candidate as part of the pre-employment process - Criminal Conviction Checks.

- Social Housing Pension Scheme with up-to 10% employer contribution.
- 28 days annual leave that increases with service plus bank holidays.
- Pay: £33,646 per year.
