What the role involves

• To create and nurture strong relationships to ensure an excellent experience to Data Providers.
• To ensure accuracy of data updates, in accordance with business processes and to schedule.
• Process missing and new data in accordance with Data strategy.
• Perform Quality Control checks on incoming and pre-existing data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• To identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency, and recommend process enhancements.

Skills and requirements

• Data processing and workload management skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate confidence in telephone communication.
• Customer-first mind-set, and the ability to deliver results on time.
