What the role involves
- Analyse and activate 1st-party and 3rd-party data at scale to create impactful customer experiences that drive measurable business results.
- Deliver solutions that support customer insights, audience activation, personalization and measurement of marketing performance.
- Develop standardized methodologies for holdouts, control groups.
- Create reusable templates for test briefs and result reporting.
- Supporting the transformation of custom solutions into scalable, reusable patterns for clients and markets.
- The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.
Skills and requirements
- You have a degree in data science, digital marketing, computer science or similar fields of study.
- You have experience with analyzing business needs, designing, scoping, and delivering data solution projects and services in large organizations.
- Experience with collaborating with and communicating to technical and business audiences alike.
- Experience with database and data model design for business intelligence and analytics solutions is an advantage.
Candidate fit
- Strong communication and presentation skills, i.e., the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
