Support Worker focuses on provide safe, consistent and therapeutic care to children and young people.
What the role involves
- Provide safe, consistent and therapeutic care to children and young people.
- Supporting the emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing of young people.
- Build positive, professional and consistent relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
- Delivering care in line with therapeutic models, PBS plans and individual care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records, daily logs and incident reports.
- Administer medication in line with training and policy.

Confirmed role details
- Care operates a 24 hour, 365 day service.
- 07:30am - 10:30pm (15 hour shifts).
- 2 nights on, 2 nights off (rolling rota).
- 10:00pm - 08:00am (10 hour shifts).
