Day Coach (Residential Children’s Home)

Support Worker focuses on provide safe, consistent and therapeutic care to children and young people.

What the role involves

• Provide safe, consistent and therapeutic care to children and young people.
• Supporting the emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing of young people.
• Build positive, professional and consistent relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
• Delivering care in line with therapeutic models, PBS plans and individual care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records, daily logs and incident reports.
• Administer medication in line with training and policy.

Confirmed role details

• Care operates a 24 hour, 365 day service.
• 07:30am - 10:30pm (15 hour shifts).
• 2 nights on, 2 nights off (rolling rota).
• 10:00pm - 08:00am (10 hour shifts).
