Day Support Worker at Hillside Lodge

Support Worker focuses on as a support worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.

What the role involves

• As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.

• With full training, ongoing support, and development opportunities, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Confirmed role details

• 36hrs or 48hrs p/w.
• Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45- 20:15) includes alternative weekends.
• Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.
