JLL’s Debt & Structured Finance team is the market leading debt advisory business in EMEA closing $11.6bn of loans in 2024 with 35 team members. We are circa 40 professionals, currently with offices in the UK, Italy, Spain and Poland, actively delivering mandates across all EMEA markets.

What the role carries

Leading and execute Debt financing deals, focused on project and wider financing to generate a multi-million JLL revenue pipeline. Grow and maintain a network of clients, contacts, and relationships with investors, intermediaries and market players in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of sourcing and generating sizeable transactions, running major client relationships, with the ability manage and deliver major transactions across EMEA.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Renewables financing market sector and a well-established financial advisor network in renewables EMEA-wide.
