Debt Recovery Customer Executive
Debt Recovery Customer Executive focuses on taking ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases.
What the role involves
- Taking ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases.
- Analyse cases, deciding what the best case of action is for each case.
- Checking and producing documents and outgoing letters.
- Communicate with debtors to find the most constructive solutions.
- Make sure all debts are collected on time.
- For this role you will need to have at least 5 GCSE’s A* – C (including English and Mathematics), with further qualifications being desirable.
Confirmed role details
- 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, You will be required to follow a shift pattern 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm on alternate weeks.
- In return for this you will earn a competitive.
- Up to 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
