• Involves detailed cleaning of empty properties to ensure they are spotless and ready for occupancy.
• Full cleaning of vacant residential properties.
• Deep cleaning kitchens, including ovens and all surfaces.
• Bathroom cleaning, including descaling and mould removal.
• Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
