The Defensibility & Regulatory Consultant based in multiple UK locations position in England, Wales centres on providing clients with bespoke advice through detailed reviews of their current practices to help them understand. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

How the role is set up

Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive in England, Wales, Scotland, or the Republic of Ireland. Delivering training sessions, including Mock Trials, to senior leaders and key stakeholders to enhance their knowledge.

Where someone would start

Provide clients with bespoke advice through detailed reviews of their current practices to help them understand. Collaborate with Marsh colleagues to improve their understanding of the legal landscape and strengthen our advisory services. Managing your own diary and projects, demonstrating organisation and self-motivation.

What is expected

• Experience in bringing or defending personal injury claims.
• Experience defending companies and/or individuals from Health and Safety prosecutions.
• Previous experience in a similar role at another broker or within the insurance industry.
