- Coordinating bookings for vehicle movements, ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery.
- Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are delivered within agreed SLAs.
- Managing client inboxes, queries, and complaints with professionalism.
- Monitoring KPIs and escalate risks to the Account Manager when needed.
- Supporting with performance reporting.
