What the role involves

• From managing bookings and monitoring service levels to handling queries and reporting, you’ll ensure that services are delivered efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinating bookings for vehicle movements, ensuring efficient scheduling and delivery.
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure vehicles are delivered within agreed SLAs.
• Managing client inboxes, queries, and complaints with professionalism.
• Monitoring KPIs and escalate risks to the Account Manager when needed.
• Supporting with performance reporting.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
