The portfolio includes flood and coastal erosion risk management, Reservoirs Act compliance works, flow gauging network upgrades, fish passage improvements, and forest infrastructu. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end portfolio delivery, client relationship stewardship, commercial performance, and people leadership.

We are seeking a Delivery Director to provide senior leadership and accountability for our Welsh Government account, delivering a complex and high‑profile programme of works across. Works in close alignment with the leadership of our Swansea‑based team to ensure coherent delivery, consistent standards, and effective collaboration across Wales.
